At NBTA SALES, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

Once you place your order, here's what happens:

  • 1-3 business days – We process and prepare your order for shipment
  • Order cutoff – Orders placed on weekends are staged for pickup on the following Monday
  • Fulfillment hours – Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but please allow the full processing window during busy periods.


Shipping Method

We've partnered with FedEx Home Delivery to ensure fast, reliable service to your door.

Why FedEx Home Delivery?

Unlike standard commercial carriers, FedEx Home Delivery offers:

  • 7-day delivery – Your package can arrive any day of the week, including weekends
  • No weekend surcharge – Saturday and Sunday delivery at no extra cost
  • Residential-friendly – Designed specifically for home deliveries

Delivery Timeframes

Continental United States:

  • 1-5 business days (depending on your distance from our fulfillment center)
  • Delivery available Monday through Sunday

Alaska and Hawaii:

  • 3-7 business days due to extended distance

Note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the order date.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping speed

You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase—no surprises.


Order Tracking

Stay informed every step of the way:

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number(s)
  • Expected delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

Tracking Activation

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment
  • If your tracking shows no movement after 24 hours, please contact us

You can track your package anytime at fedex.com using your tracking number.


International Orders & Customs

Important Notice for International Customers:

NBTA SALES is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to international shipments.

  • All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs office
  • Payment of these fees is required before your package can be released for delivery
  • Amounts vary by country and are outside our control

Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues occur during transit.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Save everything – Keep all packaging materials and damaged items
  2. Document the damage – Take photos of the packaging and product
  3. Contact the carrier – File a claim directly with FedEx
  4. Reach out to us – Email info@nbtecha.com so we can assist

Important: NBTA SALES is not liable for products damaged during shipping. Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors – Sometimes carriers deliver to nearby addresses
  2. Look around your property – Packages may be left in safe locations
  3. Wait 24 hours – Tracking can occasionally update prematurely
  4. Contact FedEx – File a claim for a lost package
  5. Email us – We're here to help at info@nbtecha.com

Delivery Issues

Package Not Arriving on Time?

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier volume during peak seasons
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Customs processing (international orders)

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with FedEx to locate it.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We cannot modify addresses after an order has shipped
  • Address corrections may result in additional carrier fees
  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping charges
