At NBTA SALES, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange your order.


Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that sometimes products don't work out as expected, and we'll do our best to help within this timeframe.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition – The product should be in the same state you received it
  • Original packaging – All tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact
  • Proof of purchase – Please include your order number or receipt

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Get confirmation – We'll review your request and provide return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here's what happens next:

  • We'll examine your return to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements

  • Within 1-2 business days, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed immediately
  • A credit will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company

Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We want you to get exactly what you need. Here's our exchange policy:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll replace it at no cost to you:

  • Email us at info@nbtecha.com with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label
  • Your new item will ship as soon as we process your exchange

Different Size or Color

For exchanges due to size, color, or preference:

  • We recommend processing a return for a refund
  • Then place a new order for the item you want
  • This ensures you get your preferred product quickly

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product
  • An error on our part (wrong item shipped)

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable:
Original shipping fees will not be refunded, except in cases where we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items
