  2. Look Up Order: Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used to place the order.

  3. Select Items: Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  4. Receive Label: Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  5. Ship: Print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. We cover the shipping cost!

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

For a full refund to be processed, the returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:
